Integrated Talent Management

Use talent management systems.

This was a very informative project in an interactive distance education course where I was assigned to create a sandbox lesson. This sandbox lesson is a perfect example to demonstrate the use of talent management systems because it involved recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and compensation management. For this sandbox lesson project, I had to create a full lesson plan with objectives, goals, needs for instruction, strategies, materials, assessments, and performance measures. Overall, I extremely enjoyed the experience of being in the role of an instructor and creating a full lesson with my own assignments, discussion boards, and quizzes. In the video below, I wanted to show the full length of this sandbox project, so I screen recorded the whole project to show the full length of how I created this sandbox. In general, I have played an audio recording at the first part of the video that sums up the whole lesson in this sandbox. I still wanted to share the full length of the sandbox to show all the work that was made. Lastly, I wanted to only open documents that I have created to show my instructional design skills in those documents. However, one thing I want to heavily note is that the two documents: Basic Computer Skills (Study Guide) and Computer Basic Student Manual (Study Guide) are not my work. I just wanted to open and share those two documents for reference of the lesson. All other documents that were opened are my own work.

Organize delivery of developmental resources.

In a lifelong learning and professional development course, I conducted a massive project with a colleague where we organized the delivery of developmental resources through a professional development project. In this project, we had to develop professional training sessions that could potential certify the learners with a Mental Health Development Certificate of Completion. We organized the delivery of developmental resources through the two training sessions by planning the resources we would need for each training sessions as well as organizing the schedule of each training session.
