Training Delivery

Align learning solutions with course objectives and learner needs.

I have created a learning solution with course objectives and learner needs through a development project journal in an interactive distance education course. For this project, I had to create an instruction that will provide a learning solution with relatable course objectives followed by all forms of learner needs like success for the learners, learners’ characteristics and types of support they would need, quality checking, dialog and structure, and finally references for learning theory and research. The learning solution I have selected for this project was to help train novice university faculty on how to convert their traditional face-to-face classroom setup to more of a modern and remote learning environment. These university faculty are not as familiar with distance education, and my training session will help prepare and transition them to teach remotely.

Ensure learning outcomes.

I had to create a project that will visually describe how a learning outcome can be broken down to ensure the success of a training program. Nevertheless, I have created a flow chart that first starts off with the topic of the instructional curriculum, followed by the learning objectives, which will then lead to instruction along with how to assess and evaluate the learners. This flow chart is a perfect way to ensure that a learning outcome can be a success since it will break down how each step of the training session will be implemented.
