Analyze systems.
I have chosen the project I worked on called, “Funding Source Search and Analysis,” because part of this project included analyzing systems. The purpose of this project was to research different kinds of sources that we could potentially use for future grants funding. I used the government grants funding site to find possible funding for my grants project. Along with funding promising funding sources, I had to analyze each source by looking at both strengths and weaknesses for each source. The analyzing step was the important part of this project because it would give us an idea of which funding source will be best beneficial for us.
Gather data.
The project I chose to gather data was the project where I looked at the data of a school in Florida. This project required me to search a school in Florida by using many links, which is present in the document down below, and I chose to collect data from Mandarin High School. The data for this high school shows the students outperform better than both the district and the state when it comes to language arts, but not as good for mathematics. When we look at science, it appears that the school is working hand in hand with the district and state. Lastly, I have also included my opinion on how I think the school can improve as well as my personal rational for this high school.
